Your Next 10 is a 5-week, small group journey that gives you the clarity, the map, and the mindset to maximize your success today - and into the next decade. 

Learning from guides Tissa Richards and Joanna Furlong, this highly interactive course will give you the confidence - and practical skills and strategies - in a supportive group setting of like-minded professionals. Each week, we'll dive into one of the 5 C's with a combination of practical instruction and group discussion to activate Your Next 10 plan. 

Week 1: CLARITY

• Clarity sparks action!
• We'll work together to build an actionable map for the near, medium and longer-term future: your north stars, non-negotiables, explicit goals (personal, professional, and financial), and how to drive alignment between your goals and how to achieve them. This includes your leadership values and the kind of leadership you thrive under.
• We'll identify the skills you have - and which you need to strengthen - to activate your plan 

Week 2: CONFIDENCE

• Building authentic, enduring confidence is key to sustained success.
• Confidence is directly tied to executive presence, compelling communication, self-advocacy, resilience, and many other key success factors.
• We'll work together to define what you're truly "known for," why it matters, how to internalize your value, how to build resilience, and how to identify - and convert - opportunities. Authentic confidence is not only possible, it's absolutely within reach.

Week 3: COMMUNICATION

• Communicating with confidence enables you to navigate any situation - professional or personal - with ease and efficiency. Good communicators don't always make good leaders, but good leaders tend to be good communicators.
• We'll show you how to find signal in noise, to distill and synthesize complex concepts and express them to key stakeholders, and develop key communications skills (written and verbal). And, we'll share how to have difficult conversations to optimize outcomes.

Week 4: CREDIBILITY

• Credibility is about being trusted and believed in. This is about how you show up in the world (online and offline) and how you develop the social and professional capital to achieve your goals.
• We'll introduce you to Thought Leadership, and how to optimize your online presence. How to build a personal brand and increase your executive presence and visibility - all in a way that feels comfortable, authentic, and natural. 

Week 5: CHAMPIONS

• Your Next 10 is not a destination - it's a journey. No journey is successful along. You need mentors, sponsors, advocates, peers, evangelists. In short, you need champions. Because sometimes, it's hard. You need honest feedback, support, and a boost to accelerate your journey.
• But sometimes it's hard to ask for help or to know what to ask for help with. Being vulnerable can be hard. Knowing how to network successfully can be hard. We'll show you how to build a network of champions who will boost and accelerate your success today - and into your next ten years.
